Plan to come to the District 3 Meeting and take a break from your normal routine. There are a lot of fun activities planed, in between the new and exciting Soroptimist programs you will learn about. Plus you can network and meet new friends.

Hearing the SI reports will inspire you and assure you that the time you commit as a member of Soroptimist is the right choice. WE are making a difference locally, in the US and internationally.

At Moses Lake we will be partnering with Camp Fire for the “Youth Gift Workshops,” to assist the girls in making crafts to donate during the holiday season. At all of our meeting we are going to try and let the community know how serious we are about making a difference. We want our presences to be seen and heard about.

Our new international program, “Project Independence, Women Survivors of War”, will also be featured on Saturday. Our lunch speaker will give us a first person account of the need and the impact this program will have on women in warring countries.

Our main business item will be officially voting upon the area system. District 1 & 2 have already adopted this program successfully.
In closing, the committee and all of the volunteers have committed to make this meeting one of the best ever.

Well that is our meeting theme, learning how to make a difference and having fun as we do it. Let’s make history and have fun at the same time. Come and learn how to write your volunteer story, the story of your club and Soroptimist SIA and SI.

Add to your planner the District 3 Meeting on October 29 30 & 31. Make what ever arrangements are necessary and know that you are going to have a great time.
